I LOVE the front figure. Face and clothing are great. It's a very nice work.
I don't like the background though, eventhough I'm impressed by the details and technical skill implemented into it. The thing is that it feels very distracting from the front figure. It's too sharp. I think you should take away the sign, the strange white threads that covers the whole wall, tone down some of the pink colours and take away that wierd, white, whirly stroke from the lower left of the picture.
