It's an upgrade from version 8.3 but you get all the CD's (so it's a complete version anyway), I want $400.00 for it.

Yes it's too much for an upgrade but for someone who don't have Lightwave it's a fair price because you get a complete product, it's not just an upgrade I'm seling but a complete license.

I am willing to purchase lightwave 9 from you. Provided this is Version 8.3 with the free upgrade to 9, and it includes the dongle. And that the license is transferrable. Sorry to bugya like this but I gotta ask ya know. Let me know, I am very interested if so.

it is very easy to transfer the lisence from (NewTek) Lightwave...

you only need to enter all required fields by registration... (name, address from seller, registration number,...) and the license will automaticly transfered...
