I recently submitted a still image called Sunset Amongst the Fort that integrated a CG character (modeled and textured by Francisco Cruz) into a high-res image. I took that original composite and brought it to life. Because my focus is not animation, the piece is not driven by the character, but instead is going for establishing a mood. Any comments are welcome. Thanks.

Work was done in Maya and Shake.

I'm impressed with the intergration with the CG model and the live action bk plate. They look like they were shot together using the same camera. Excellent job on the breakdown as well. The clouds look like they have a lot of contrast in them compared to the rest of the image, and they give off a very surreal feel to your composite.

Thanks for the comments. It is nice to see someone take the time and give crits even though there are no stars for my post.
