Title: 1 1/2 Hour Female Figure Study (mild Nudity)
Name: Jeremy Engleman
Country: USA
Software: Maya, ZBrush
1 1/2 hour figure Study from live model session.
I got to the session late this week. One and one half hours only. Modeled from zballs in zbrush, texture painted in zbrush, lit and rendered in Maya 6.5 Software Renderer. You might recognize the flower on the cloth from the zbrush alpha palette.

1 1/2 hrs you say? I like it.
Also I like the idea of 'sketching' in 3d. I have to learn zbrush.

Yes, all of these are done on my laptop while a live person poses. Here's the lighting setup. The little directional rig is from a script (mh_softFill) written by Mike Harris based on a technique from my lighting class. Download it at highend3d.

what a completely novel idea!
Now that i think about it, using zbrush for live sketching is a great idea. Now only if my laptop d idnt way close to ten pounds, i'd be thinking of taking it with me to workshops.
Very good atmosphere and modeling, keep on posting your modeling figure study works!
