Hi there!

I scanned my 6x7 Photos in a resolution of 1712x2153 in tiff format with 800 dpi and i want to want to get them better looking so i need that the ridges in the back (coming from a non professional set) get away.
like this photo:

how can i do that the fastest way ?
So the problem is when i blur or paint that the lght of the background should stay in this contrast, just the rigdges should go away

Iam not used to photoshop very good so i really need some help

You can use clone stamp or healing brush tool.
experiment with the opacity of the brush

furthermore, it helps if you analyze where the light comes from/how the gradients are oriented, and when cloning, or painting, work perpendicular to the gradient, i.e. if light comes from the top, paint horizontally.
as an alternative, you could also try to extract the background, and apply blur to it, but i think some of the creases are too big for that.. and it may look unnatural afterwards...

hope that helps..
