Alright now, before you yell at me for using a couple filters, just keep im mind i don't have all those fancy pens that y'all draw with, this is just something i did in my free time, and want to know if i'm going the right way with it or not. :)

So you slapped three images crudely together in a pirated copy of photoshop and added a lightning filter? This is awful. For one thing, the matting (cutting out) of the figures is terrible; the guy on the left even has a brown glow before the red glow you gave him. The head is totally cut off on the image-left side of his face... there should be an ear, a head, and part of a sinus cavity where instead there is just bad lightning. Awful lightning. The text is unreadable, and the fire... I... I can't even go on.

I can only assume this was meant as a joke, because I feel like I've been vision-raped.

Also, the figures are from Mortal Kombat, but that face in the middle is from Tekken. What gives?

for photoshop art this is crap... someone else's work with color changes, filters, and POOR text!!! it is way to dark (the text) and doesn't fit the subject matter... I'm sorry, but this is wrong

Fancy pens or no fancy pens, you don't need those to make "acceptable" work in photoshop. Theres vector art, and figure creation. As you said, you just used a couple of filters, so whats the merit in that?
