iSeeSoft is hiring!

We have immediate openings in our team for 2 artists to take on modeling, texturing, and animation duties for an upcoming high-end action title. Candidates should have at least 2-3 years of experience with 3D Studio Max as well as excellent PhotoShop skills. A 4-year degree in graphic design, industrial design, or fine art isn't required but is strongly encouraged. You must have an eye for detail, be self-motivated, able to work as part of a team, as well as have a passion for making and playing games.

Gaming industry experience is a plus, but is not required.

You should however, possess several of the following skills:

Low to Mid-poly Modeling

Texture Painting

Character Animation

Level Design

Cinematics/Storyboarding

Sketching/Illustration

Excellent Communication Skills

Responsibilities include:

As an artist, your primary duties are to model and texture the various world assets that make up the game. You should be able to switch roles when needed, and be able to smoothly move from modeling, to texturing, to animating as called upon. As part of the art team, your work will help establish the look and feel of the game. You may also be called upon to help with level design, in-game cinematics/machinema, or character animation/motion capture, so a background in any of these areas is a big plus.

Please be able to provide a portfolio on CD, an e-mail attachment, or as a website link illustrating your skills as an artist. We cannot be held responsible for lost, or misdirected emails, so if you are sending samples of your work via e-mail, please send a cover letter before sending the files. Also note that if any work in your portfolio is a result of a collaborative effort, then be specific in stating your role in the group.

Direct all inquiries or submissions to: scott@iseesoft.com

The deadline for applying is December 31, 2002.

Due to the time constraints of the project, you must be a U.S. citizen. International applicants will not be considered at this time.

Its on-site primarily. If you have exceptional talent and there is some reason you cannot leave your surrent location, we can make arrangements for off-site work. But priority is given to those people who can work on-site.
