Stroke as in photoshop

Hi people, does anybody know how to make a stroke around a rectangular picture? like edit > stroke in photoshop.

Create a rectangular mask and apply the Stroke effect. Double-clicking on the icon for rectangular mask will automatically create a mask that fits your image.
