CGTalk - selecting problems.

I have a problem where I keep losing the ability to select object and points in my shaded views, but have no problem selecting them in the wireframe views or explorer. This just started happening recently. Any ideas what could be causing this?

Edit: actually it's only in a single view and it doesn't matter if it's a shaded or wire view. Is it possible I've locked the view some how?

maybe you accidentally muted the viewport?? other than that... dunno.. never ever seen that before..

Well, it went away after restarting XSI, but it was definitely weird.
