did you freeze transforms after you moved it?

no...i didn't do any freeze transformation after i had set up my character...
but i did set up a walk cycle for my character...and after he stops...he would smile at the camera(and i use blendshape for the smile)
if i have blendshape on the top of the input operation list...and when i play my animation...the head would get left behind...
and if i drag the blendshape to the buttom of the list, the head would move with the animation but when i tweak the blendshape from 0 to 1, the head would shift downward a bit..

is it because i had my animation so the blendshape wont work properly...??
it did work fine if my character didnt walk away...
but i want him to walk away and smile....how can i do it..?
thx!!

right click on the mesh with the blendshape transorm .. and select inputs -->all inputs...
and middlemouse button drag the blendshape node down the skin... Hope this helps

hah that's an annoying problem,

it's easy enough to fix though, you'll have to redo the blendshape...

first turn off any input you might have on your mesh, skinclusters, clusters, whatever...set all their envelope values to 0.

NOW duplicate the mesh and make your blendshape from THAT mesh.
then just turn everything back on and make the blendshape, and of course put it under the skincluster in the input list :).

..a quick way to do this is go to setting preferences --> performance settings
and set to off all the transforms es (bind skin and flex - clusters) -- apply your blendshapes and then reset the performance sets -- bye
