I went ahead and rendered the opening scene of my feature film. I hope you can look past the temporary soundtrack and I hope to enlist some professional voice actors in the final stage of production. The animation is rough, of course, but the look and feel of this movie is close to what the end product will be.

I hope to hear from you. I know these are kinda large files, but I haven't been getting much feedback even though I have been busting my ass on this project.

looks cool, the only thing as i said before is the wings aren't too convincing because they have no forward motion. obviously its work in progress so like you said most of its gonna change.

one question, when you get voice actors are you gonna re-animate the faces as dubbing might look a bit off.

I am using the DAZ Mimic plugin to animate all the dialog and it is fantastic. Once you set up the endomorphs for the phoneme shapes, just load an audio clip and it creates great lip synch in better than real time. My plan is to have the actors come in and, just like the big boys do, have the actors doing the lines while they watch the film so they can match the original performance's timing as close as possible. Then I only have to load the new audio files into Mimic and it overwrited the facial animation with the new timing.
