When I rotate biped foot,it sticks to another location, jumps.

Well not realy easy to give u an answer on such a vague question...i would say..try to set slidding keys rather than planted, altho not quite sure thats what your problem is.

I will attach the biped, and try to set a planted key,or move its pivot
Thats the second time I redo the animation from scratch, but its still the same.

Thats one VERY floaty walk you have there, you have keys every 10 frames, on each foot, as well as all being Free Keys, obviously the feet wont stick to the ground. As the foot touches the ground you should set a sliddind key, this will help the foot stay locked to the ground. also you'll have to set a few more inbetween keys for the other foot when it goes from planted to passing and then to touch down again.

Hope thsi makes sense, but if this concept is totaly alien to you, then maybe you should start from the very basics of animation. Or if you just want to see your character walking around and not too fussy about the animation, then you can always use the biped footsteps.

Well, you see,I know that that it was not finished animation.)I wanted to know why all of a sudden when I move my leg,it changes its position in a strange manner.Maybe its because my bip01 trajectory was on,and pivot points ,I dont know why, were in the end of the trajectory.
