how to do animated textures in max?
i mean how to change the map during the time? and pose keys?

you can use the mix map type and animate the bias. there's actually alot of ways. What are you trying to animate in the texture?

It's not normal textures! i want to animate 2D Animated pictures in a 3D background! just like in a compositing soft but with 3D movements!

Well just animate a clip in whatever program you want to use and then make a new material in MAX and choose bitmap for diffuse and then select the clip. Thats if you've previously made an animation...

I understand it as if you want to animate(move around) an animated clip(.gif for an example) on the object(3d background) right??? :rolleyes:
you have to explain again mr.T! more indepth this time!
you want to use an animated pic as a texture?
or, move a still picture(the texture) on the object?
or a mix of the 2?
what should we do with you totitch.. :shrug:
