View Full Version : 3d modeler/texture artist/lighting in need of work
Well, I am not working at whoswe.com anymore, so..... if you like my work and feel that I can be of use to you, drop me a line or give me a call!
You can see most of my work at www.cryo-child.com . The portfolio will be updated soon with more of my recent work so keep your eyes on the site. You can also view my resume there.
Have a good one.

uh-oh. I remember the site whoswe.com when I was in school studying New Media. Such a shame, the "eye candy" site was too cool. I remember it had a nice blend of psuedo 3D animated in with Flash...there was this music player that transformed or something...
Anyways, I'd say for your portfolio, you definitely need to add some things like: character models, environments, weapons, etc and all of these in low poly versions.
The stuff from whoswe.com is cool but realize a game company doesn't really give a rip about graphic design...I'm sure if you looked at an in game menu or just the way the text is layed out in a game you could tell:)
Saying that perhaps a job as a UI or GUI artist would be a good direction:)
Lemme know when you update stuff.

thanks for the post. but..... I'm not exactly looking for a job with a game company, so I don't feel the need to post up a bunch of low poly work. Thats not what I'm trying to sell myself as. Like I said in the top post, if they feel they can use me, they will contact me. If not, I have something in the works which I may not have to worry about another studio giving me a job ;)
Thanks agian for the post.
