View Full Version : Hey, Need help with Pencil Colouring Glass

Hey,
Im doing a project and I have a Wine Glass in it with a Dish / Bowl behind it, how would i go about coloring the Wine Glass so It looks like it is glass, is there any tutorials.

Also I have a friend that doesn't believe me that when you turn or picture upsidedown or flip it, it helps spot mistakes, is there anyone that knows the reasoning behind why it helps?

Flipping the picture forces you to look at it with your eyes and not your mind (with its inherent preconception). This article explains it quite well:
