View Full Version : First Post Here-Virtual Camera Move in AE
DLangley 02-15-2006, 07:11 PM This is a virtual camera move I did in AE on a photo separated into planes in photoshop and placed into 3D space in AE. Alot of painting and cloning to add to the image for parralax. Still very much a WIP, there are some issues with some of elements and it seems a little too 2D still. I thought I would post to get C&C from folks here; thanks in advance.

The initial part moving up is nice. I wasn't quite sold on the smoke though. Looks like a fun project!

The camera movement is looking pretty good...probably just needs to be tweaked a little bit. There are a few things that need fixing:
1)The shattering glass at the end moves WAY too slow...speed it up..and maybe add some specular highlights.
2)The hole that appears in the wall right after the explosion isn't working for me. Maybe it just needs to be desaturated and color corrected...
Looking pretty good so far, though...

Thanks for the replies and suggestions. I've been busy with other things but I am going to revisit it soon, and will post the update.
