AlexC 02-15-2006, 02:46 PM Hey,
I'm not sure why I didn't post this earlier, but i'm modeling an Audi A3 Sportback - well the modeling is nearly finished, got to do:
Rear Lights
Windscreen Wipers
License Plate
Here are a few of the renders I've done:

Perfect modelling man!
I know you still gonna adjust, but the chrome details and the rims are too bright and reflexive. I guess is lightning, cus in the front view its perfect, but the side perspective it's kinda weird.
The material of the tire is also too bright.
For now its just that.
You're gonna make an studio photo or put it on a scene?
That's it.
Waiting for updates!

Thanks Guihermeab,
Erm I will proberbly do a studio render, but I might put it into a scene - not sure yet. I've done some updates ( Less reflective chrome and tyres - and also re-modeled the mirrors )

can you post a high res. wireframe, i can see a ton of errors in the mesh, most of them being sucked in bumps and things that need to be chamfered

XCNuse, those errors are because I have the GI on very low. When I put the GI detail up the errors are fixed. I know where you mean, around the doors/skirting area is the worst yes? Shall I still post wires?

Way better than i could do, but there is something a bit funny about the flow of the bodywork just under the headlamps, noticeable in the 3/4 view.

Do you prefer the Light Blue or Dark blue background?

It might just be the angle. Front view looks sweet. Here's what i meant though.
