if you have max 6 or 7 when you up grade or full install you have to go in to regeidit to block out all of backbuner 2.0 folder jus put xxx by the name of the folder in regeidt under the Hlocal key an hllocal software or any where you see a folder assosicated with backbuner 2.0 hope that helps
