Hi,
I have a problem with video texture. I exported a quicktime movie with alpha channel from After Effects and imported them into the color and alpha channel of a material in Cinema 4D. In the animation tab, I clicked on Calculate and set the Mode to Simple and Timing to Exact Frame.
When I play my animation the video texture isn't playing. Did I forgot to do something importent? Do I have to animate the texture manually?

textures are only animated at render time although there are a couple of plug-ins around that may help by enabling this in the viewport (i believe paul everetts 10comm plug-in pack is one).

RTE RealTimeEditor (http://web.mac.com/tcastudios/iWeb/tcastudios/cinemafiles.html) Item 011 works fine. Always use Picture series with Cinema textures.
Faster in editor and renders.
