CGTalk - animator with patience needed

Hi, I'm a beginner and I've probably a beginner problem:
I try to animate this bot-foot (see foot picture). But when I move the "foot-dummy" forward, the bone04 flips (red circle). Why ???? and how can I resolve the problem ?

ok I don't what was exactly the problem but I solve it switchink HIiksolver to Limmsolver and going again to HIikSolver.
