Curtiss P40 Warhawk.

Modeled and rendered with C4D. The texture has been altered a bit from the original painting (a scouting indian has been replaces with the shark teeth). The vortices from the wingtips are added in post.

Details of the aircraft and texture maps are really well done.
but you have some alias of improvement which is aircraft looks
flat,Now I have understood that you said befor to the my Focke wulf .
I seem lighting concern.....

Awesome job, plane edges are a lil rough, try anti aliasing some.

Hey! Nice Warhawk.

I'm working on a warhawk to, I apriciate your tutorials. It's really helpful!
I got some comment on your warhawk though.
You have made metal wires, that connect the vertical stabilizer to the wings. I got a lot of refs, and there are no such wire. and the wire that in the middle of the plane. must end above the pole.

Look at the Refs so you see what I mean. I post my Warhawk soon. I have to texture it.. And i find that very hard.. so hope your tutorial helps!http://forums.cgsociety.org/images/icons/icon12.gif
