Hi all, please let me know what you think of these pencil drawings done for my figure drawing class sketchbook. most were done in 20 minutes to 2 hours. all but 2 are from life, the others are from my imagination (named as such).

not a bad job... but one thing I might say is before you do your life drawing... try doing a rough stick figure to measure your proportions...
The life drawing is a little of on proportions... like the mid section is too long... and the forearm is a litte too short...

but keep up the hardwork...

i think it's great, very expressive....
very expressive...

i guess like kidchuckle said, a bit out of proportion here and there but it's all about overall impression isn't it?.....
capturing that instance.
it surely does carry the mood....

These look really great. My only crit is overall on your hands and feet. The nails look a bit small, this may just be because of whoever your model was. Keep up the great work though. You've got a great style.

might want to make overlaps. like in the forarm, i think the proportion is okay because of forshortening but take the end of that wrist and over lap the hand with it. do you know what i mean. it be alot easier to explain if i could show you

I agree with crow, use more lines as guides for the face characteristics, make sure everything is lining up.
