I've setup some particles along a path and they're behaving exactly how I want them.
However, when I apply my own layer map to the particles using Layer Map/Use Layer, I'm getting very different results??
Investigating some more and it seems/appears that when I apply my layer map all the particles positions are being scaled up!!??
Here's a comparison to display what I'm getting:

There seem to be a lot more particles and their direction seems haphazard? Basically they don't appear anything like the little red default particles? I was expecting each red dot to simply be replaced by my newly assigned layer map?
Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong here?
