Hi there.

Bullet Time: is where the action goes very very slow (allmost stops) and the camera is spinnig around the action in realtime.
not the bullet trail effect. just so we don't get confused.

just have a question about bullet time in 3dsmax5.
I have done it very easily by render the animation as TGA files, the increase the fps alot in the render options, and the putting it together in adobe premier, and it will be slowmotion, and look perfect. Just until you do it with partcles, then the particle speed and stuff don't match anymore when you increase the fps...

Does anyone know what to do? Maybe another way to make a good bullet time in 3dsmax5?

Try the Bullet Time 1.1 on www.scriptspot.com

Also, try the matrix script on bobo's site: http://www.scriptspot.com/bobo/

(Also, try not to make your animation too bulletimey! It's been done to death!:D )

yes I know. Don't worry I will not overdo it, that's for sure. I will not spin the camera all 360¤ around. I'm more looking for a john woo stile slow mo.

Thanks for the links, i'll check them out
