View Full Version : Bounding box and ambient occlusion
bstout 02-10-2006, 03:30 PM Hi we are rendering an ambient occlusion pass of blobby particles. The problem is teh bounding box shows up in the AO pass. Any thoughts on how to get rid of the particles boundiong box?

Interesting question. The box is translated as geometry?
Do you need the AO rays to reach beyond the bounding box?
If not, try reducing the max_distance of the AO rays.
