View Full Version : How do you turn off backfaces?

Does anyone have any idea how to turn off backfaces in LightWave 8? I would really appreciate the help.

Make sure that you have no double faces and that the material has 'double sided' turned off.

How do i make sure double sided is off?

In Lightwave there is no double-sided by default.
Open up the surface editor F5, select the surface that looks double-sided. At the bottom of the Basic tab is tick box that says 'Double Sided'.
