p-man 02-08-2006, 07:48 PM Without any plugins (such as http://www.3dny.com/MMPR.html?UID=2...:237:2004-08-25 ) and with the use of MR, i want to render an occlusion pass of my scene. I am doin this to speed up render time, cos at the mo im FG ing everything.
1) How can i render different passes?
2) How can i render an occlusion pass?

Im having a bit of problem uploading the shaders from http://www.puppet.cgtalk.ru/download/megatk_e.shtml could someone give me a step by step guide all the way back from the zip folder as if im a BEGINER to Maya and MR shaders so i dont miss out anything, its just not working?

can someone suply me with a step by step guide (like the good old beniners format) from the uploaded zip file to having them in either a new tab in the hypershade window or in the Create all nodes drop down menue cos i might have missed something, Its just not workin.
