CGTalk - Stone Golem Old pic

this is a fairly OLD pic... about midway through this year... this is another post..
I think Sleepless suggested blending in the shadows with the background colours.. to make the higlights stand out more... which I totally agree...

I admit I rushed it out for a contest... only used plain whites in the highlights.. rather then that and a combination with a close bright colour... to make highlights...

but anyways thought I'd post it again since it was lost in the latter posts.

Nice :p The line work people are achieving around here is excellent. I agree aboutthe highlights. It would be nice to see them pop.

well its suppose to be marble of sorts...
but thanks... I do admit that piece needs work... but I posted up because someone wanted to see more of my work.. so I thought I'd post that one for fun
