A piece I felt like drawing after learning my best friend's ordeal of getting divorced. These days many people around me seem to have faced or are facing the same situation. I feel pretty wierd and frightened about it so I made this freakish image. Pencil draft and pained in Photoshop with a WACOM.

Technicaly I think its great. Yet there isn't much emotion going on with her. I have this sense that this girl should be hurting but I just dont "feel" that she is. I think its her eyes, maybe open a little much?? anyways great painting.

Absolutely amazing pic, lighting, expression of the face. I can feel her pain, with the scar, tears, and the purpose of the pic is really actual, my own parents are on divorce.. everybody I know too are....anyway... 4/5 !!

She looks stunned to me - in shock...which is what happens when the pain becomes too much so I think it is okay.

Good work, Michu. I think everyone can relate in one way or another...sadly. It is a broken world we live in, amongst a broken people.
