Many of you played with Tippe top and saw how it turn over on its
stem.
Physicaly one have the sphere toching plane in one point(!) with the
friction. Because of changing of the direction of impulse the top turn
over on the stem.
Could this be simulated in C4D Dynamics?

As I'm doing a project about (spinning) tops atm I'm very interested as well :).

Could you do that with phytools? My demo ran out, but I was spinning coins with amazing realism. It would be a fun test.
I would be surprised if this works.
Dynamics can either use a spherical proximal for collisions or it works on polygons. Spherical can not be used due to the special form needed and polygons just don't give you a smooth enought rounded surface to get this effect real.
Sorry, i think this is beyond the scope of a general dynamics tool and needs a rather specific simulation.
