Hi,
I have noticed that there is not much lighting material available online as compared to info about modelling, animation etc. How about all you guys sharing the links/info you have about lighting and help out everyone.

Here are the two links that are my favourite:
Lighting Tutorial by Amaan Akram (http://warpedspace.org/lightingT/part1.htm)
Lighting Tutorial by Richard Harris (http://www.itchy-animation.co.uk/light.htm)

Another extremely useful lighting ref site is this: http://www.erco.com/en_index.htm?http://www.erco.com/guide_v2/guide_2/en/en_index_guide_2.htm

It's more geared towards architectural principles, rather than a HOW TO IN MAX type guide.. but the principles can still be apllied ;)
ENJOY!
