Well i just got the idea from my pin up board next to me, but added some stuff to it as mine is empty.
The render time was about 15 Mins and i used mental ray.

its cool, simple, straightforward- the only thing i would fix is the diffuse level in those push pins. they look a little toxic. and maybe add some text to the note to make the scene have more meaning
