It's a decent hand, but if it were really holding that object, the padding on the tips of the finger and thumb would spread out more over the object. Also, what is that thing? is it supposed to be some sort of portable audio device? If so, how does one listen to it?
The metal on it is horrible; simple photoshop gradients just don't cut it. It looks entirely 2D, which clashes heavily with the 3D hand you've put in, however untextured.
I don't get a sense of depth for the device at all, I don't understand its function, and the display/buttons are very bright and contrasting with the supposed realism of the hand, again. Also, your light sources are confusing, especially without shadows interacting between the hand and the object.
I'm not sure what you were trying to get at with this, but I would suggest toning down the sharp colors if you're going for realism, or stylizing the hand if you're not.

thanks for the feedback, and the tips. i'm a total noob to 3d so i dont know much about how the look of things are suppose to be,lighting,shadows,ect.... but i will try to work on the "horible" parts thaa you've pointed out, thanks.
Yes, you could, as Loganx3d suggests, better integrate them such that the device is more 3d. You could also maybe go full blown 2d on the device for contrast. Don't make it look 3d at all, as if the 3d hand was grabbing a diagram/schematic. That could be interesting, and it would match with the vector graphics you have going on with the lines and text.
