Some points I would make would be the overall proportions of the character. The neck and lack of torso(or squahed effectd going on beneath the pecks). The horns curve also reads as unatural and could use a few more edges to five it that smooth curve.

I think for one you should extend the whole upper body forward more. It seams to be resting on the modle's main back area. other than that keep it up. Nice work!

Interesting idea but at the minute I think the legs are much too short and thick, he looks as though he could touch the ground just by straightening his arms. The connection between the humanoid torso and the animal body also looks too massive although that may be your intention, personally I would slim it down a bit and maybe raise the torso a bit as well, creating a longer space between the humanoid chest and the animal chest.
