humm, a bit bland overall. The tree looks like it is floating, or imbedded into concrete, bad either way.
It is clear that most of your scene is relying heavily on texturing. More work on this will make it better.

it actualy apears like you've just come from mapping in half-life...
Needs GI! :D The objects are too simple dude, try making more of the model itself, and use textures to bring out the details in your model, not just put a picture on a flat object.

I need to work alot more then.... , ok folks that's the kind of replys I whas looking for. Nice pointers.
Texturing is one of my big problems, got to work on it :shrug: .
Bump maping was a pain for me to set up, it looked either to flat or too distorted.
I used Gijoe script, thats the closes to to GI I've fount for Maya 4.0 But didn't get the kind of results I whanted. Thats one reason I'm learning Lightwave right now...
