There are some really excellent entries.
HOWEVER
I do find myself a little baffled as to how to track down and vote on all the video/animated entries.
I really liked the look of all the earthquake VFX entries, but since I could only find two videos? how is this fair? Base my vote on the posted images?
Just curious how this has been done before, or maybe there is a better way?
And, (yeah I got a bug in my bum today), I think a few more numbers would offer better voting. I found myself giving 2-3 a lot when the work was a little too close to either. Maybe a scale of 10 would do better here? It all gets averaged in the end correct?
Some of the 2's were like 2.5 and some of the 3's where 2.7, etc...

This is just a result of tough time contraints. Leonard and myself had work to finish that pays the bills, so we put that priority over fully implementing the quicktime submission page for the animation challenges. Next time around...
And I think the voting is fine as is, we don't need to complicate it much further, since it's the council who gets the final votes anyhoo... We start by going on the most popular votes and then see how well those votes fit within the criteria of the specifi challenge guidelines. THis is just for fun remember that..

Totally understand. Time is def. money these days. You guys rock it either way, I'm here for the long haul.

True to that as well. I didn't know that you guys had another process, thought it was just based on the community votes. Good deal, cause I felt some of my votes were fair, but not quite "right" (at least to me).
Rock on.
