Getting the render time of a frame

Turn on the ammount of logging you require in the Render settings "logged messages" tab (protip: it's "information"), and read what it says in the script editor.

Doh. Sorry, I'm working on a shader with Ben and I'm trying to grab the render time for use inside of the shader.
