It looks like your UV coordinates got messed up when exporting from 3DS Max. The following thread contains import and export settings for a Max > Zbrush > Max (http://206.145.80.239/zbc/showthread.php?t=17027) workflow.
Alternatively you can apply a UV mapping in ZBrush.

ok thanks for your help but i got two questions:
1, i can find the "export" and "import" meny, but where is the "importexport" meny wich is in the picture on link you gave me.
2, how do I apply a UV mapping in ZBrush?...you mean the UV tile, UV planar, settings among others?

1. the import / export buttons are under the tool menu
2. to assign uvs. once you have a poly3d mesh or an imported .obj, under the tool - texture menu you can assign GUV tiles or AUV tiles to your model before texturing.
