CGTalk - Dopesheet Summary not on top! (Pic included)

This is really annoying. When I open the dopesheet my dopesheet summary and scene summary are never on top. I've tried all the settings and nothing seems to work. (they usually are and always have been on top by default and were on top ever since I could remember) I even ditch'd my user prefs and started maya up to get some new ones and the same thing happened. Anyone else had this happen to them before? Anyone know how to fix it? Here's a pic.

in the window menu (top left corner in the menubar) select Attach to Main Window

Didn't work...thanks for the help though...that was something i never looked at. Same results happened though. ? :shrug: :hmm:
