First off, I just want to say hello to everyone, as this is my first post on this forum. I am working on fully rigging a character of mine. This is my first attempt at this, so my question might be a bit simple, but it's driving me crazy. I have bound and painted the weights for the mesh, but didn't make the blend shapes until afterwards. I would like to try and avoid having to unbind this thing and start from scratch/remodel the blend shapes, so maybe there is a chance somebody can help me. When I apply the blends to the base mesh, everything works fine until I translate the body. Then the head translates in the opposite direction at the same rate as the body is translating. Is there any way to fix this? I've included some screenshots to illustrate the problem. Thanks for any help you might be able to offer, it's really appreciated!

Sounds like you need to change the deformation order in the inputs window.
