View Full Version : No Demo Version! Huh!

I find it hard to beleive Apple does not have a demo version of Final Cut Studio, Shake etc. Do they really think I am going to go and drop huge $$$$ without trying the sofware first.

If you ask me this opens them up to a whole lot of people to pirate their software, although I disagree with that practice.

So who can tell me about Final Cut Studio? Is it worth the money? How do I know if the GUI is to my liking if I can't even demo it? 99.9% of software allows you to download a trial demo before buying.

Edit: Have you even considered contacting an Apple sales rep? That's what they're there for, you know. Perhaps if you did some searching on the web, you might even be able find a tradeshow you could attend.

Yes, I called Apple Sales Rep before Posting this and they told me they did not have a demo of Final Cut Studio.
