I believe the technical term here is "hottie" ;) I love those eyes, wow a blue you can get lost in. Great portrait, I'd really like to see a photo for likeness comparison (or maybe that's just because I'd like to see a photo). I clicked through the steps, I only wish I could read German =( But yeah, love this image. The only nitpick I have is that maybe the shadowed portion of the neck is a might too unarticulated, a little flat. Other than that, it looks peachy to my eyes.

I would say you could define the eyes more.the eyes are so engageing right now but they look a little flat. Where the light is hitting the cheek you could also add some light hitting the lower lid of your eye. Just push the lights a bit more on the lower and upper lids to bring out more of the form. I could also see you softening the edge of your top lip especially the part that is in shadow and showing the top edge( a somewhat thin brushstroke would do the trick), if that makes sense. really nice work! :)
