Frantic Films has firmly established a reputation as one of North America's most dynamic and creative resources for stunning visual effects, post-production, previsualization, and animation. Whether it's creating new worlds -- or destroying them -- we take pride in redefining the cutting edge of CGI and digital VFX with each new production.
We are currently looking for Lighting and Rendering artists with production experience in Film VFX to work in our office in Winnipeg.
Essential criteria:
Working knowledge of 3D Studio Max or Maya in a VFX and animation production environment
3D lighting and rendering skills using 3D Studio MAX or Maya.
Knowledge of Global Illumination Rendering Systems (Brazil, Gelato, Renderman or equivalents)
An effective communicator who is a team player that works well in a deadline orientated environment.
Desirable Criteria:
Maxscript or MELscript knowledge.
Creative mind-set and strong artistic ability as demonstrated in portfolio.
