Super Cool Demo Reel!!!

The mime:
-Eyes are lifeless, they should be darting around everywhere, narrowing and widening... at times they seem to focus straight ahead on nothing and this makes him look like a doll.
-The fingers dont seem to hit stong key poses but rather float in between. I know its an afterthought usually, but the hands are important too. Especially to a mime or comedian.
-Overall, he seems to be constantly in transition between poses, never hitting a strong one. If he must be constantly shifting his weight back and forth as nervous comedians do, try at least to spend more time at the extremes, and dont just move him back and forth, but really put his weight into it.
-the playblast jump and the walk off-stage at the end are especially weightless. But I really like his little twist after the jump.
Cycles:
bounce-walk looks good. Run should be smoother.
Snowman:
-exaggeration. This kid is slashing a snowman apart... he should really go at it, wouldnt you say? The intensity could be brought up in how you shoot the action too.

Thanks a lot for the comments!! I really appreciate you taking the time to give me those good critiques. I'm working on updating my reel for a class right now, so I'll look through your list very carefully! I'd really love more thoughts from anybody else looking at this too.
