Developers Research, located in Irvine, CA is a small land development consultanting company whose 3D department is rapidly expanding. We build fully interactive 3D simulations modeled in 3DS Max. These simulations allow land developers to see what thier projects (mostly tentative tract map housing) will look like once the communities are completed. We are looking for motivated individuals with an broad depth of knowledge of programming and 3D Studio Max, as well as MAXSCRIPT experience. We are looking to launch a new game engine possibly or integrate a pre-made engine in our system.
