Our award winning studios are seeking an experienced Games Systems Designers to join our highly talented team to work on an exciting next gen AAA title.

Main Functions of the Job:

To design key game systems, and create clear, concise documentation

To review, refine and develop these systems, and implement balanced gameplay mechanics

To be part of a production team developing exceptional games with high quality art work, technology and innovative game play as standard.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

1. To write clear and concise documentation.

2. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of game systems and mechanics

3. Experience of development from first concept to product release

4. The ability to take ownership of various game systems, with the confidence to design innovative, next generation mechanics

5. To be aware of the bigger picture, and how individual components contribute to the vision of the game.

Skills/Technical Ability:

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

2. 2 years plus industry experience

3. Previous experience of Melee combat an advantage

4. Previous experience of using development tools and scripting languages

5. Enthusiastic and passionate about videogames
