I was curious if anybody can type out a maxscript so i can use 5 viewports in max not just 4. And if this is the wrong section please move this topic admins.

Sorry, but maxscript can't be used to do what you want. You can only use it to choose from the same viewport layouts that appear under the layout tab of the viewport->configure panel.
