Has anyone here completed this (http://www.creativecow.net/show.php?page=/articles/polevoy_george/flowing_title/index.html) tutorial or one like it?
I'm getting some odd effects around my text as it starts to form resuling in blockyness and artifacting? I have all my footage and comps set to the same sizes and everything is on best quality. I can't figure out why it's doing this?
Here's a grab from inside ae to illustrate.

(Yes I know I have the comp res set to 200% but thats just to show the effect more. It still looks bad at 100%)
Would anyone know what is causing this?
It may be easier if someone could look at my file perhaps?
