This is a simple still life. Painted or drawn in Photoshop. The most difficult was getting the red grapes to have a natural 'shine'. Please critique strongly. I am looking to improve my work.

Nice. Some parts look better than others. Like the grapes look really clean but the decanter looks like it's been smudged and unfinished. Did you use photo reference?

hi there medicineman...nice subject, uve handled it quite well, a couple of suggestions though:
. darker/darkest value is missing thruout, for eg, for the shadows, the cast ones.
. everything has been equaly defined, sense of focus lacks. the lightest value/strong highlight is quite distracting. let some surrounding color play its role on things. and a bit of perspective issue is there as well. the whole thing looks a bit tilted.
