hi guys hope everyone is ok and working =)
i got a bit of a problem i want to do the same thing was done in the NEMO movie remember? all the fishes making shape of things? well i want to do that with the particle systems this possible? can this be done? does somebody know something about this? ware can i find a tutorial!?
please any help will be great!

you can get an example from my site.
go HERE (http://www.hypa.tv/tims/download.html) and scroll to the bottom. PPositionFollow and PVolumePosition.

forgot to say, just keyframe the target object in the PVolumePosition node to change shape and play with the spring strength parameter in PPositionFollow.

Hi
The breaking letters apart was made by creating the text using extrude NURBs, then making editable. Add cloth to this object and then drop it onto a collider. As the caps are seperate (I didn't optimise the mesh) they break apart from the sides of the letters.

You can always take a look at RealFlow3 and try the functional evaluation version to asses if this better suits your requirements.
